Billing
The small print, said plainly.
What does “free for 30 days” actually mean?
The whole product, unrestricted, for 30 days. No card to start. If you do nothing at the end, it simply stops — we don't charge you by surprise.
Why isn't there a free tier?
Because a permanently free tier would mean building for people we can never support properly. One honest price, and a month to decide, is a better deal than a crippled free plan.
Do you charge per person?
Never. Sharing is the point of the product — charging for it would punish the thing that makes it useful.
Someone shared something with me. Do I pay?
No. Receiving something shared with you is always free, for as long as it's shared.
Can I switch or cancel?
Any time, from the app, in two clicks. Annual plans are refunded pro rata within the first 30 days.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays. You keep read access and a full export of everything you've captured — we don't hold your documents hostage.
No card to start
Thirty days. The whole product.
Long enough for a renewal to land and Dockt to catch it.
