Which devices does it run on?

Dockt runs in any modern browser, and as native apps on iOS and Android. Everything stays in sync in real time.

Can everyone in my family use it?

Yes. Family and Pro plans let you add household members, each with their own login and colour on the calendar.

What about kids too young for accounts?

Add them as household members without logins. Parents manage their profiles, schedules, and health notes on their behalf.

Can grandparents, sitters, or ex-partners join?

Guest and sitter modes give limited, time-bound access to exactly the parts of the household they need — and nothing else.

Is my data private?

Yes. Your document vault is end-to-end encrypted. We don't sell or share personal data, ever.

Where is data stored?

In the region closest to you (UK, EU, or US), on infrastructure that complies with GDPR and equivalent standards.

Can I export or delete everything?

Yes. Full export in one click. Deleting your account permanently removes your data within 30 days.

Is there a free trial?

Yes. Every plan starts with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged until the trial ends, and you can cancel anytime before then.

Do you charge per person?

No. Family covers up to 6 members. Pro is unlimited. Never per-seat pricing.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from the app in one tap. Your data remains available for export for 30 days after cancellation.
